Marten Vale Terms of Service

 

 

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in Marten Vale through any official platform, including Discord, DeviantArt, or future community spaces, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspensions, removal of content, loss of rewards, account restrictions, or permanent removal from the game.

​

 

Community Conduct

Members must not engage in:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation

  • Hate speech or discriminatory conduct

  • Deliberate disruption of community activities

  • False accusations against members or staff

  • Attempts to incite conflict within the community

​

 

Cheating and Exploitation

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through exploitation, manipulation, deception, or misuse of community systems is prohibited. Staff reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and determine whether conduct constitutes cheating.

​

 

User Content

Members retain ownership of their original artwork and writing.

​

By submitting content to Marten Vale, members grant the community permission to display that content for game administration, galleries, records, and promotional purposes related to Marten Vale.

​

Members may not submit:

  • Plagiarized work

  • Traced artwork

  • Unauthorized reproductions

  • Copyright-infringing material

  • Work generated using AI tools of any kind

​

 

Intellectual Property

All Marten Vale species assets, lore, templates, mechanics, official artwork, and related materials remain the intellectual property of LastPluto unless otherwise specified.

​

These assets may not be copied, redistributed, repurposed, or used outside of Marten Vale without permission.

​

 

Design and Submission Standards

All imports, designs, and submissions must comply with official design guides and approval requirements.

​

Staff reserve the right to reject or request revisions for any submission that does not meet community standards.

​

 

Content Restrictions

Official Marten Vale content and submissions must remain PG-13.

​

The following content is prohibited within official spaces:

  • Explicit sexual content

  • Fetish content

  • Excessive gore

  • Graphic violence

  • Hateful or extremist imagery

  • Offensive political or religious symbolism

​

 

Trading and Sales

All sales, trades, and transfers must comply with official trading policies.

​

Staff reserve the right to reverse transactions that violate community rules or involve fraud, deception, or unauthorized activity.

 

Enforcement

​

Staff decisions regarding moderation, event eligibility, rewards, design approval, and rule enforcement are final.

​

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

  • Verbal warnings

  • Written warnings

  • Temporary suspension

  • Removal from events

  • Account restrictions

  • Permanent bans

​

 

Amendments

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.

​

Continued participation in Marten Vale constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
